Land Mortgage, is a locally owned, locally operated Mortgage Bank, #43954.  We have four on staff underwriters, including FHA DE underwriting, closers/funders, management and processing. The strength of our company not only lies with on site staff but also with the ability to walk across the hall to take care of urgent items immediately, as opposed to calling the corporate office to obtain a decision. 

Now it doesn't hurt that we were rated the fourth largest Mortgage Bank by the Austin Business Journal for 2008, by volume, nor does it hurt that we have our own money so that we can close loans without the need of a third party lender to approve the transaction and wait for them to bless the loan.
